Terms of Sale
These terms govern your purchase of Practical Steps to Making Money Online: The Future Boss Method (the "Product") from The Future Boss Move OS Limited, a company registered in Nigeria (RC 9739598), through method.thefuturebossmove.com. By paying, you agree to them.
1. What you are buying
The Product is a digital package: a PDF eBook, and access to a private Telegram channel that carries curated updates and a guided-implementation sequence. Nothing is shipped.
2. Price and payment
All charges are in Nigerian naira (NGN) and are processed by Flutterwave by card, bank transfer or USSD. The price of the Product is the price shown at checkout. It is set on our server, not on the page, and a founding price may apply until the date shown at checkout, after which the standard price applies automatically. Flutterwave may add a payment-processing fee on its payment screen. The fee varies by payment method, and the exact total is shown before you confirm. If you pay with an international card, your bank converts the charge at its own rate. Any dollar figure on the site is only an estimate.
3. Delivery
Once your payment is confirmed, your access appears on the checkout page and a backup copy is emailed to the address you provided. Card payments usually confirm within seconds. Bank transfer and USSD can take a few minutes. The Telegram invite link is single-use and can admit one person only, so open it on the device where you use Telegram.
4. Your licence
You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to read and use your copy for yourself. Your PDF carries a licence line with your email address. You must not share, resell, copy, upload, publish or otherwise distribute the PDF, your download link or your Telegram invite. We may withdraw access if these terms are breached.
5. No guarantee of results
6. The Telegram channel
Updates and content in the channel are provided at our discretion, and we do not promise any particular frequency. Please be respectful. We may remove anyone who abuses the channel or other members.
7. Intellectual property
The Product, its text, structure, names and branding belong to its author, Osarenkhoe Godswill Osadolor, and The Future Boss Move OS Limited. All rights are reserved except the licence in section 4.
8. Refunds
See our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected with the Product is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost income or profit. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Nigerian consumer-protection law that cannot be limited.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Nigeria have jurisdiction over any dispute.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force when you pay is the one that applies to your purchase.
