Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information we collect when you buy Practical Steps to Making Money Online: The Future Boss Method at method.thefuturebossmove.com, why we collect it, and your rights under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023. The controller is The Future Boss Move OS Limited, a company registered in Nigeria (RC 9739598).
What we collect
- Your email address, which you type at checkout.
- Order details: a payment reference, the amount and currency, the payment status, and timestamps.
- Where you came from: the website or campaign tag (for example a link in a WhatsApp status) that brought you to this page. When you open the page we also record one anonymous visit entry containing that tag, whether you used a phone or a computer, and your approximate country as determined by our hosting provider. We do not store your IP address in that entry. We use it to learn which channels work.
- Basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type, which our hosting provider processes to deliver the page and keep it secure.
How we use it
- To deliver what you bought: confirm your payment, give you access to the PDF and the private Telegram channel, and email you a backup copy of your access link.
- To personalise your copy of the PDF with a licence line showing your email address.
- To prevent fraud, resolve payment problems and keep accounting records.
- To understand which channels bring visitors and buyers, so we can improve.
Our lawful bases are performing the sale you asked for, our legitimate interests in security and in measuring our reach, and our legal obligations on tax and accounting records. If we ever want to send you anything promotional, we will ask for your permission first.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We use a small number of service providers to run the sale: Flutterwave (payments), Cloudflare (website hosting, database, file storage and email delivery) and Telegram (the private channel). They process information only as needed to provide their services. Some of them operate outside Nigeria, so your information may be processed in other countries under their own data-protection safeguards. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Browser storage
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party ad trackers. The page keeps two small items in your browser's own storage: a reference to your most recent order, so you can return to your access if you close the tab, and the campaign tag mentioned above. You can clear them at any time in your browser settings.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed to provide support, handle disputes and meet accounting, tax and legal requirements. After that we delete or anonymise them.
Your rights
You may ask us to confirm what we hold about you, give you a copy, correct it, delete it where we are not required to keep it, restrict or object to certain uses, or withdraw consent you have given. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you may complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
Children
This product is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above. Material changes will be shown on this page.
